We’re looking for a high-performing Admin Officer to support our growing Health Services team and help deliver outstanding care to our community.
About the role:
This isn’t just administration - it’s the hub of operations.
You’ll play a critical role in keeping services running smoothly, supporting clinicians, coordinating daily workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
This is a part-time role based in Glenelg on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm. The successful candidate will have flexibility to cover leave at our other locations.
You will:
- Coordinate appointments, bookings, and schedules across services
- Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service
- Manage records, data entry, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency
- Support clinicians and managers with operational tasks and workflow coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
- Have a satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check, no older than 12 months at commencement of employment
