Ranshofen
We are currently seeking a Business Controller (Business Controlling) for our locations in Leonding and Ranshofen, which house the companies Gautschi Engineering GmbH, High Performance Industrietechnik GmbH (HPI), and Thermal Processing Solutions GmbH (TPS). The position involves working regularly at both locations: four days a week in Ranshofen and one day a week in Leonding.
TASKS
- Budgeting, multi-year planning, and corporate forecasting
- Reporting (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, PowerBI, and Tagetik)
- Point of contact for all standard commercial matters (e.g., vehicle fleet, buildings, taxes, subsidies, etc.) and special topics (e.g., permanent establishments)
- Support/representation in commercial project management, particularly in claims management
- Special commercial topics (e.g., organizational manual)
PROFILE
- Completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling and/or finance
- Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling and finance is a plus
- Experience in a project-oriented environment is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Willingness to travel 10%

The minimum gross annual base salary according to the collective agreement (Metalworking industry) for full-time employment is € 47,298.
