We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role requires exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Key expectations:
- Oversee the daily operations of your designated kitchen section
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation
- Work closely with other chefs and culinary staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes
- Mentor and train Demi Chefs and Commis within your section
- Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist in maintaining food cost targets
Profile:
- Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- Formal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferred
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
