A 4-star superior alpine resort in Windischgarsten, Austria is looking for a motivated Waiter / Chef de Rang (m/f/d).

Welcoming and caring for guests (advising and selling) at your station

Ensuring smooth daily operations in the restaurant

Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations

Increasing restaurant revenue through additional sales

Responsibility for a service station

Supervising a Commis de Rang at your station

Mise en place duties

Participation in daily service briefings and regular training sessions

Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or experience as Chef de Rang in upscale hospitality

Good knowledge of German and English for communication with guests

According to Austrian equal treatment regulations, the minimum gross salary for this position as Chef de Rang is €3,054.52 per month (full-time basis). Higher pay is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
