We are looking for a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
Key expectations:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality
- Take ownership of shift operations and proactively resolve operational challenges
- Support inventory control and ensure efficient use of supplies and equipment
- Coach, train, and motivate housekeeping associates in line with brand standards
- Identify development needs and support training initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Profile:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
