For this permanent position in our SCM team in Innsbruck, we are looking for a Logistics and Procurement Specialist to join us at the earliest possible date. Essential for SAP integration.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Order processing and coordination of shipping of sensitive and high-quality products to customers and warehouses

Monitoring delivery dates and preparing the necessary shipping documents (e.g. export declarations, certificates of origin)

Assembling packaging and coordinating incoming and outgoing goods

Supporting order processing and ensuring the supply of raw materials, processing payment requests and checking invoices.

Managing suppliers and logistics service providers

Working closely with other departments, in particular sales, customer support and production
Qualifikationen:
- Experience in logistics/procurement or a degree in supply chain management or similar education

International professional experience or time spent abroad is an advantage

Ability to work in a team, work independently, organisational skills, reliability, flexibility, accuracy and good communication skills

Very good knowledge of German and English
