DoSChem is the largest doctoral training program in Austria focusing on the field of chemistry and closely related sciences by bringing together about 200 doctoral students and 52 principal investigators. DoSChem managing team is looking to appoint an Organisational Assistant (Managing Officer).
The position is initially limited to 12 months, with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will work in close contact with the coordinator of the doctoral school (Dr. Elena Rastew) and the team of the school management.
General administrative tasks, including application and recruitment processes, financial administration, and database managemen

Experience in administrative and program coordination roles, ideally within the University of Vienna research environmen
