Maintenance Technician – EMF AT (f/m/d)
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this position, you ensure a smooth production process within the EMF-AT area, with a focus on SMT and THT. You perform process controls, maintenance, and problem solving, and work closely with process technicians and cross-functional teams. The role combines technical production support with operational and organizational tasks.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite, day shift

Perform professional maintenance, repairs, and efficient troubleshooting on machines, equipment, and peripherals

Ensure smooth production through regular process controls and targeted efficiency improvements

Manage and maintain the spare parts warehouse and collaborate closely with process technicians and related departments

Support the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Completed technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar)

Solid technical understanding of mechanical engineering or automation technology

Experience with MS Office and SAP

Good communication and teamwork skills

High level of quality awareness and accountability

German language skills required

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is EUR 42,137.48 gross annually for a full-time position (as of June 2025). However, we are happy to discuss your individual compensation package based on your qualifications and experience.
