Your main tasks and responsibilities
Medical revision and compilation of outgoing text documents (e.g. PIL, PI, SPC, DSURs/PSURs)
Answering of medical enquiries associated with the use of any of the company’s products
Maintenance of a database for medical enquiries
Supervision and maintenance of the in-house literature database
Managing the publications process related to clinical studies conducted by Octapharma
Close collaboration with different internal stakeholders and departments
Support of Octapharma activities at international congresses
Approval of marketing materials
Overview of phase IV programs
Your expertise and ideal skill set
Completed academic degree, ideally in a medical or scientific background (MD or PhD)
Experience in immunology, regulatory procedures, clinical development
At least 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
Fluent English, additional languages beneficial
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Readiness to travel

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.355,55 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
