As a Product Manager, you are primarily responsible for the strategy and vision of our product portfolio - yes, the big picture stuff (but no worries, you’ve got this). You passionately build, shape, and design products that our customers love (and will love), turning complexity into clarity along the way. Together with our cross-functional teams, you play a key role in defining the future of our SaaS products - combining strong instincts, real data, and smart tools (including AI, because why work harder when you can work smarter?).

Define and execute the product strategy in close collaboration with the CPO.

Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Alignment Documents (PADs).

Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders and making use of data and modern tools to ensure stories are well-defined, properly scoped, and aligned with the overall strategy.

Translate user insights, market research, and internal feedback into clear, prioritized initiatives based on impact and feasibility.

Develop and maintain a realistic, data-driven roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision and strategic objectives.

Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, UX/UI, engineering, client services, and growth to ensure successful delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Support go-to-market activities together with Product Marketing Managers.

Drive a strong focus on UX and customer value, ensuring the product delivers solutions users truly love.

Stay curious about emerging technologies, including AI, and explore how they can enhance product discovery, decision-making, and user value.

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally B2B or MarTech.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.

Proven ability to conduct and apply customer research (e.g. interviews, surveys, segmentation, usability testing).

Solid technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Interest in data-driven product management approaches and curiosity about AI-supported tools and workflows.

Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools across product discovery and design, particularly for generating insights and building rapid prototypes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse interests and drive consensus.

Collaborative, proactive, and motivating team player who drives progress and clarity.

Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.

An annual salary of at least EUR 75,000 if all requirements are met (higher salary is possible if requirements are exceeded).
