Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
As a Process Automation Manager (m/f/d) you own the development and continuous improvement of our internal process landscape - building smart, scalable solutions in Airtable that teams across the company actually love using
You design and implement workflow automations and AI-powered integrations that reduce manual effort and create a reliable single source of truth
You lead structured Airtable trainings and act as a sparring partner for colleagues who build and manage their own solutions - helping them grow their skills and make better decisions
You are the go-to contact for Airtable-related questions and requests, providing hands-on support and guidance to keep daily operations running smoothly
You collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand evolving needs, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into scalable digital tools
You maintain clear documentation and best practices to ensure our tools are transparent, scalable, and easy to onboard
Your strengths and qualifications:
You have hands-on experience building in Airtable or a similar tool - including automations, interfaces, and scripting
You have a solid understanding of workflow design and process optimization, and you know how to spot where automation adds real value
You are comfortable working with AI tools and features, and curious about how they can be applied practically within business workflows
You communicate clearly and confidently - whether you're explaining a complex setup to a non-technical stakeholder or running a training session
You are proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented - you don't wait for problems to come to you
Ideally, you have experience supporting or coaching other builders, and enjoy helping others level up

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 47,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
