JOB DESCRIPTION
Contribute to the development of our international e-commerce platform through backend services
Design and develop APIs that power customer touchpoints (Web, App) for shopping and self-service experiences
Work on key business domains such as payment, loyalty and pricing, helping shape critical customer and operational processes
Ensure long-term usability and scalability of our IT systems through thoughtful software architecture and performance optimizations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary agile teams to solve complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications
Profound completed education in the field of IT/software-development with proven experience
Excellent knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Spring (Boot) and software architecture
Proficiency with HTTP and event-based APIs
Familiarity with Microservices, Docker (Kubernetes), CI/CD (Gitlab), Kafka
Hands-on experience with AI-supported development tools and development processes (code assistance, reviews, automation)
Independent, structured and reliable working method
Conceptual and analytical skills with attention to details
A team player that likes to share and discuss ideas
B2 English proficiency, German is a plus
