Join our AI-first team, where we're building a next-generation platform that runs AI agents to do real engineering work. Our systems reason, use tools, and act on production environments safely and at scale, making complex workflows trustworthy and reliable. We are seeking professionals passionate about building exceptional user experiences and eager to collaborate with an international team of experts to shape how people interact with autonomous agents in a globally leading product.
We are seeking a proactive infrastructure specialist who is excited to construct and maintain the solid cloud foundations that power our next-generation AI platform. You will empower our engineering teams by designing highly reliable, secure, and reproducible AWS environments.
Your role:
- Define and evolve our AWS environment as code using Terraform to ensure the platform remains fully reproducible, reviewable, and safe to modify.
- Operate high-scale Kubernetes clusters, package services with Helm, and automate deployments declaratively through GitOps with ArgoCD.
- Build robust deployment paths and sensible defaults that allow other engineers to ship features quickly and reversibly, while flexing into backend security areas like credential isolation and scaling.
- Drive architectural decisions for platform infrastructure, participate in continuous security hardening, and fully utilize Dynatrace for platform monitoring and optimization
To thrive in this role, you bring deep technical expertise in AWS cloud operations alongside a strong reliability and security-focused mindset. We value candidates who combine hands-on infrastructure-as-code automation skills with a genuine curiosity about how AI workloads are deployed safely at scale.
- Multiple of hands-on experience building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure with deep expertise in AWS architecture and operations.
- Solid, production-proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes cluster orchestration, Helm packaging, and GitOps workflows via ArgoCD.
- A strong reliability and security mindset, treating system monitoring, incident response, and continuous hardening as integral parts of your daily work.
- A working understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and the infrastructure requirements needed to run these non-deterministic workloads safely.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a highly proactive, collaborative team approach.
- A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.
- Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research.
- A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries.
- An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow.
- A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals.
- A truly international mindset that is being shaped by the diverse personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team.
