- Architect and advise on scalable, future-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs

Design generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs)

Implement end-to-end generative AI solutions, including model fine-tuning, deployment, and testing in production environments

Work closely with business departments, data scientists and, software engineers to seamlessly integrate generative AI into applications and workflows

Develop comprehensive technical documentation and assist the deployment of GenAI cases

Serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related inquiries

Ensure effective lifecycle management of applications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related field

3+ years of experience in AI engineering specifically focused on Generative AI platforms and Solutions

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building, customizing, and integrating copilots into Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and business workflows

Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry for rapid prototyping and deploying AI solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams

Proficiency in Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning for model development and deployment

Awareness of security, governance, and compliance considerations for AI/ML systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in German and English
