Role Purpose
We are looking for a Mobile Solution Architect to join our team in Vienna and take ownership of a mobile platform that plays an important role in our end-to-end tolling and traffic solutions.
This is a senior role at the intersection of mobile product strategy, solution architecture, platform management, and business stakeholder engagement. You will act as a key point of contact for mobile capabilities, helping translate business needs into scalable, user-centered, and technically sound solutions across Android and iOS environments.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, solution managers, segment leads, technical product owners, UX/UI designers, and external development partners to shape the roadmap, define priorities, and ensure our mobile solutions deliver real value to customers and users.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Own the functional direction and evolution of the mobile platform, ensuring it supports business priorities and customer needs.

Act as the main point of contact for mobile solution capabilities, product functionality, and platform-related questions.

Support bid and project phases by advising on mobile solution scope, platform requirements, feasibility, compatibility, and effort estimations.

Contribute to end-to-end solution design for intelligent transportation and electronic toll collection solutions.

Define features, requirements, and functional designs within a SAFe-based environment.

Work closely with technical product owners, UX/UI designers, solution managers, and segment leads to align business needs with technical execution.

Help prioritize platform features and ensure the roadmap creates measurable value.

Use mobile data insights to better understand user behavior, improve user flows, and support product decisions.

Prepare and present platform updates, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What Makes You a Great Fit
-
A degree in engineering, software architecture, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, telematics, or a related field.

Experience in solution architecture, system engineering, product/platform management, or a similar role within complex technical environments.

Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including iOS/Android ecosystems, APIs, backend integrations, releases, and app lifecycle.

Experience translating business and customer needs into clear requirements, features, and scalable solution concepts.

Familiarity with mobile data analytics, user behavior insights, user flows, or app performance metrics.

Strong end-to-end solution mindset, with the ability to connect technical feasibility, user experience, and business value.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior audiences.

Fluent English skills. German is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications:

Certifications or training related to SAFe, software architecture, product management, or requirements engineering.

Experience with mobile analytics tools or concepts similar to Google Analytics for apps.

Previous exposure to intelligent transportation systems, tolling, traffic solutions, or other technology-driven infrastructure environments.
