You are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects
Outgoing and extroverted personality
Genuine interest in and curiosity about the energy industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a strong plus, particularly in CEE languages as well as Italian, French, and Spanish
Lead Generation & Qualification: Independently manage outreach to decision-makers at European utilities-from first touch to qualification-while refining targeting and messaging strategies.
Market Scouting: Research trends, players, and partnership opportunities in the European energy and tech landscape to feed into sales and product strategies.
Sales Process Development: Help build and continuously improve our early-stage sales playbook, including pipeline structure, CRM workflows, and outreach sequences.
Sales Meeting Support: Prepare, join, and debrief client meetings-taking ownership of follow-ups and internal summaries to ensure alignment and momentum.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact through onboarding.
