What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire the Team

Manage, mentor, and develop a talented collections team of 30+ agents.

Create a motivating work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.

Set clear goals, track performance, and celebrate success together.
Drive Performance & Deliver Results

Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and KPIs.

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to help your team reach new levels of performance.

Ensure all collections activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support Exceptional Customer Service

Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.

Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
What You Bring-
Proven experience leading teams of 20+ people – ideally in collections, customer service, or contact centre environments.

A strong background in financial services or a related field.

Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).

A hands-on leadership style with a natural ability to motivate, coach, and inspire.

Confidence working with CRM systems, collections tools, and MS Office.

A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams and customers succeed.
