Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as a Training Liaison Manager and help shape the pilot training experience in Central Europe.
You will be part of our global Business Aviation Training leadership team, working at the intersection of operational excellence, customer experience, and instructor development.
Our newest business aviation training centre in Vienna, Austria, is purpose-built to deliver advanced, simulator-based pilot training. The 8,000-square-metre facility is designed for growth—supporting up to nine Full Flight Simulators—and currently operates six state-of-the-art devices, including the G550, Global 7500, Global 6000, Challenger 3500, Pilatus PC-24 and Phenom 100/300.
Support the Manager Training Services and Training Managers through review of training authorisations (TCAs), licence renewals, and prerequisite assessments
Be the key link between clients, Account Executives, Planning, and Training teams to deliver seamless, compliant training solutions
Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, clear communication, and exceptional service
Lead and support a team of training administrators and instructor records specialists
Ensure all instructors are fully authorised, qualified, and aligned to fleet and regulatory requirements
Coordinate training requirements, resolving scheduling conflicts and shortfalls before they impact delivery
Monitor client progress and facilitate approval of remedial training where required
Support Training Managers during production meetings and key operational activities
Drive performance through KPI development, tracking, and continuous improvement
Collaborate across teams to ensure no training opportunity is missed and key targets are exceeded
Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture and support colleagues as needed
Undertake additional responsibilities in support of business priorities as required
Proven aviation crew scheduling and/or operational experience
Strong working knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements
Excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams
Results‑driven mindset with a track record of delivering on commitments
Problem‑solver who can identify and deliver optimal customer‑focused solutions
Experience leading others and influencing outcomes in a complex environment
Highly organised, collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
Confident using MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a multi‑disciplined organisation and leverage peer expertise
Experience in business aviation and/or simulator‑based training environments
Experience supporting instructor authorisations, qualifications, or regulatory compliance
Experience developing and tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement
Experience working directly with external customers in a regulated aviation environment

The role will be based out of our Training Centre in Vienna so you will need to be able to commit to a full time, permanent position on site (40 hours a week). Occasional work on public holidays may be required based on customer needs.
