Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing industrial customer relationships as well as supporting distribution partners within your sales territory. Leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen, you will inspire customers with innovative Electrification solutions while actively contributing to long-term business growth and sustainable customer partnerships.

Drive the sales of Electrification products, systems, services, and solutions across the Southern Region (Styria, Carinthia, and Southern Burgenland), with a strong focus on industrial end users and selected distribution partners.

Continuously increase sales volume and profitability by managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.

Prepare and implement sales plans and customer proposals in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring that all technical and commercial requirements are fully addressed.

Monitor customer needs, market developments, and industry trends, contribute to the identification of new market opportunities, and support the development and execution of effective sales and marketing initiatives.
What it takes to Run what runs the world

Completed higher technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

At least 4 years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably within an industrial environment.

Solid knowledge of industrial technologies and applications, particularly within OEM and MRO markets.

Strong passion for sales and customer engagement, with experience managing both direct customers and distribution partners.

Proven ability to establish, maintain, and further develop sustainable customer relationships across various stakeholder levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an advantage.

High willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory and a self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both German and English, combined with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 70.000 gross per year (May 2026). There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
