Key Responsibilities

Oversee production and testing activities to ensure full compliance with cGxP, data integrity, and eCompliance requirements

Support investigations related to deviations, exceptions, and quality events

Review and approve production, quality control, and AS&T documentation

Perform batch record reviews when required

Approve quality control data, including batch release data

Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special quality cases within required timelines

Act as a key contributor to audits and inspections within the quality control area

Assess deviations, out‑of‑specification results, corrective actions, and change requests

Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across QC processes
Essential Requirements
-
Experience in quality control or analytical science & technology within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment

Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice standards

Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work confidently with laboratory instruments, devices, and digital systems

Ability to work in a structured, independent manner while collaborating effectively across teams

Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: € 59.782,00 to - € 95.800,00
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
