Are you passionate about international tax matters, global business models, and working in a dynamic international environment? As a Group Tax Manager, you will play a key role within our global tax function, advising on tax-related matters across our worldwide business operations. In addition, you will actively contribute to the continuous development and digitalization of our tax compliance and tax reporting processes, helping to shape the future of our international tax organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a trusted tax advisor for our national and international group companies across Europe, Asia, and the Americas
Support international business projects and provide guidance on permanent establishments, withholding taxes, double taxation treaties, and transfer pricing matters
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of tax processes while actively contributing to the digitalization of the tax function
Ensure compliance with national and international tax regulations, including Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and corporate tax filings
Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Country-by-Country Reporting and Local Files
Perform current and deferred tax calculations in accordance with IFRS for monthly and annual financial reporting
Collaborate closely with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders, particularly Finance and Controlling teams
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (University, University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on Finance, Taxation, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in international tax consulting, a global tax advisory network, or the tax department of a multinational company
Solid knowledge of Austrian and European tax law as well as current international tax regulations and developments, including OECD initiatives
Good knowledge of tax accounting and income tax reporting under Austrian GAAP (UGB) and IFRS
Austrian Tax Advisor qualification ('Steuerberater: innenprüfung') is considered an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills combined with a collaborative mindset in an international environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a structured and results-oriented way of working
Business fluent knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €54,530.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
