ABOUT THE ROLE
The Medical Representative works in an office-based format (on-site and/or remote), managing a significant volume of daily interactions with medical professionals, primarily obstetricians and obstetrics-gynecology clinics. The role is centered around non-promotional scientific information, compliance, and high-quality institutional relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Institutional Relations with Medical Professionals:
- Prospect your assigned territory to identify and reach out to new obstetrics-gynecology clinics and obstetricians
- Schedule and conduct meetings (in-person and/or virtual) to present the company and its informational offering
- Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with healthcare facilities and medical professionals
- Respond to information requests regarding collection procedures, eligibility criteria, transport, processing, and quality standards
Non-Promotional Scientific Information:
- Provide internally approved scientific and informational materials, free of persuasive or comparative messaging
- Present balanced, consensus-based information on stem cell science to medical audiences
- Clearly distinguish between available scientific data and individual medical decisions, which remain solely the physician's responsibility
Compliance, Ethics & Documentation:
- Fully comply with all legal and deontological provisions governing interactions with the medical profession
- Document all activities to ensure traceability and internal audit readiness
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to keep internal procedures up to date
- Escalate any potential compliance risks or conflicts of interest promptly
The ideal candidate is an experienced senior professional with a strong academic background and a proven track record:
- Completed higher education degree (Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Public Health, or related field) — mandatory requirement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a medical, scientific, or compliance-related role — mandatory requirement
- German — C1 level (Advanced): fluent written and spoken communication — mandatory requirement
- English — B2 level (Upper-Intermediate): professional comprehension and communication — mandatory requirement
- Solid knowledge of medical ethics and healthcare legal frameworks
- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and discretion
- Proficiency with digital tools: CRM, VoIP, video conferencing platforms, professional email
- Category B driving license (where institutional travel is required)
- Familiarity with GDPR and medical confidentiality requirements is an advantage
