Job Description

Support and automize the global reporting of R&D Opex (operating expenses) and Capex (capital expenditures) – VBA knowledge in Excel

Support Budget and Forecast process
-
Monitor the margin generated on deals and compare actuals vs. forecast with focus on DACH region

Systems optimization including automation, harmonization and AI usage

Monitor the proper execution of operations and propose optimization ways

Prepare ad hoc analysis at Finance or Local Mngt request

Support in ERP topics (SAP knowledge favorable)

Support local audits

Support for all topics in global controlling

Support the implementation of SAC Analytical Tool
Qualifications
Education:
-
Financial training (ideally university/FH, HAK, etc.) including basics in Controlling and Accounting
Skills/Abiliies:
-
Affinity to analysis, reporting tools and ERP systems (such as SAP)

Excellent skills in Excel, preferably also VBA
-
Excellent German and fluent in Business English
-
Dynamic and communicative personality with team spirit

Independent and proactive way of working
