As Power Electronics Engineer (m/f/x) at go-e, you will work at the forefront of BEV charging infrastructure innovation. You will play a key role in Austrian and European development projects within consortia involving major technology partners, universities and research institutions. Your mission is to design, implement, and optimize power management systems that enable seamless, efficient, and scalable electric vehicle charging solutions.

- Develop and integrate power modules and control solutions across hardware and software
layers in charging systems.
- Lead electronics system design, interface definition, and testing for cross-disciplinary
development projects.
- Collaborate with research and industrial partners in EU-funded and national consortia
projects.
- Support go-e's R&D activities by defining control strategies and implementing prototype-
and demonstrator-level software or firmware components.
- Conduct performance analysis and contribute to system validation and certification
processes.
- Transfer developed technologies into product development.
- University or university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, or
equivalent professional experience. The position can also be started as part of the final
phase of your studies.
- Solid understanding of DC and AC power management systems, distributed architectures,
and certification requirements.
- Experience in system automation, and model-based design.
- Familiarity with control electronics and EV DC charging infrastructure is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach, and excellent teamwork
skills.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
