YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
First-level support and operational maintenance for GPAC (Global Physical Access System), connected applications, as well as reception and gatekeeper systems
Analysis, handling, and follow-up of incidents, errors, requests, and tickets related to GPAC and its associated systems
Administration and continuous development of NEXIS 4, AEOS, AEmon, as well as role-, user-, and authorization structures
Support of access control and visitor management processes, including visitor tools, badge and card printing, form printing, and access-related support
Support for events through access regulations, technical implementation, and reporting
Interface and vendor management for error analyses, releases, enhancements, and system integrations
Documentation, monitoring, and automation of GPAC architectures, dashboards, processes, and optimization potentials
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparables) with a focus on information technology or a related field, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT support or application operations, ideally in a security-critical environment
Knowledge of access control systems, IAM, or visitor management, preferably with GPAC, NEXIS 4, AEOS, or AEmon
Strong technical understanding of application landscapes, interfaces, and role and authorization concepts
Basic knowledge of network technology, IT security, and IT service management, including ticketing systems
Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
