In this role, you are responsible for the training strategy for Austria and manage the planning, implementation, and further development of all training measures based on the cross-country strategy (AT/DE). Your goal is to sustainably strengthen the technical and consulting expertise of our target groups and make the effectiveness of these measures measurable. As a passionate brand ambassador, you empower internal and external teams to optimally present our premium products at the Point of Sale (POS).

Strategy & Analysis: You analyze training needs based on market and performance data (KPIs) and develop target-group-oriented, practical training concepts (in-person, digital, hybrid).

Empowerment & Implementation: You train and coach external specialist consultants as well as internal sales teams and multipliers.

Representation: You conduct training for strategic retail partners (e.g., MediaMarkt) and represent us at trade fairs and events.

Quality Management: You define key performance indicators, evaluate the transfer of knowledge into daily work, and continuously optimize existing concepts.

Innovation: You support the expansion of digital learning formats and actively develop the internal training platform (De'Longhi Academy).

Interface Management: You work closely with training management in DE/AT as well as local sales and marketing to effectively support sales targets.

Active Specialist Consulting: In exceptional cases (e.g., major trade fairs), you act directly with customers to make the brand tangible as an expert.

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in knowledge transfer, ideally in the field of electrical household appliances or the retail environment.

Education: Completed commercial/technical training (e.g., apprenticeship with Matura) or a degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales).

Competence: Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex features into simple, high-selling arguments.

Personality: Confident demeanor, high energy, and a distinct "hands-on mentality." You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and enjoy working independently.

Skills: Business-fluent German and very good English skills are required. Proficient use of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Mobility: High willingness to travel within Austria (Class B driver's license).
