In this role, you'll be the backbone of our doctoral school—managing the full administrative lifecycle of PhD students, from admission to graduation, while supporting our vibrant international community. You'll work alongside a dedicated administrative partner in a flexible, collaborative setting where your contributions directly impact the success of Europe's leading doctoral training program in life sciences.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's in Life Sciences is a plus)
- Fluency in German & English
- Administrative experience (university background preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills & organizational abilities
