Role summary
The Pricing and Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for driving pricing accuracy, sales effectiveness, and commercial transparency across the eCommerce Paper Bags business. This role combines strong analytical work with hands-on operational support and project-driven improvements to pricing models and tender management. The position operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, hands-on environment within a corporate structure and collaborates closely with sales, finance, production plants, and international counterparts.
Your responsibilties

Manage and process pricing requests, including validation, calculations, and preparation of customer offers using established pricing models.

Maintain and optimise pricing models to ensure accurate, timely, and margin-aligned pricing decisions.

Track and update tenders, offers, revisions, and customer feedback while ensuring accurate commercial documentation.

Provide commercial support to key accounts and regional teams on offers, rebates, credit notes, pricing, and business analysis.

Enhance pricing model accuracy by increasing the frequency and granularity of updates.

Implement quarterly production cost reporting by plant and analyse key cost drivers and changes across locations.

Support ad-hoc business initiatives, customer integration projects, and SAP-related activities.
Your profile

Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or a related role, with a strong ability to turn data into business decisions.

Advanced Excel skills and working with large datasets; experience with SAP is a plus.

Good understanding of B2B sales environments and customer-focused commercial processes.

Fluent English required; German and/or Eastern European language skills are an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, ideally within paper bags or other sustainable packaging solutions.
