Join Mondelez International as an E2E Fulfillment Intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic FMCG environment while supporting our customer fulfillment and supply chain operations.
Your responsibilities:
Assist in managing customer orders and supporting order fulfillment activities
Help monitor product availability and stock allocation to customer orders
Support the team in balancing supply constraints and service level requirements
Participate in reporting and KPI tracking activities
Collaborate with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales teams
Assist with process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
Use data and analytical tools to identify opportunities and support decision-making
What we’re looking for:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good numerical and logical reasoning abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
Strong level of English and German
Basic knowledge of Power BI, SAP

Mandatory information in Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 29.400,- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
