To strengthen our growing team in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Sales Management / Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities

Support the sales team in managing and developing customer relationships across international markets.
- Independently prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and offers.
- Coordinate customer orders from receipt through execution and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records within ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, and Finance teams.
- Prepare sales reports, analyses, and customer presentations.
- Support continuous improvement of sales and operational processes.
Assist with administrative and organizational activities within the Sales Department.

Requirements
Your Profile

Commercial education, business studies, or a comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
