Design and construction planning for life safety and communication systems (e.g. fire and gas detection, public safety radio (BOS), safety lighting, access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, passive and active network systems, intercom and loudspeaker systems)
Translation of PID schematics into functional descriptions for building management systems (HVAC, lighting, shading, etc.)
Preparation of material take-offs and electrical schematics
System and component selection including specification definition and data sheet creation
Coordination and quality control in compliance with technical regulations and project requirements
Close collaboration with other disciplines and external engineering partners
Compliance with EHS, regulatory and customer-specific standards
