About the team:
Our Operations team is at the heart of how we deliver for our customers, making sure every item moves safely, efficiently, and accurately through our network. Based on-site, this team spans inbound logistics, warehouse operations, stock control, returns, and transport.
We’re continuing to scale quickly, with growing volumes, expanding fleet requirements, and increasing operational complexity. That means a bigger focus on structure, compliance, and continuous improvement, creating a real opportunity to shape how a modern, high-performing logistics function should run.
About the role:
This role reports to the Director of Operations and owns end-to-end performance across transport and warehouse operations. From scan-in to dispatch, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and in line with our SOPs.

It’s a hands-on leadership role with real scope to shape systems, improve performance, and build a best-in-class operation as we scale.
