Taking ownership and driving the development of effective marketing measures in a dynamic environment—that is precisely what defines this role. As a Senior Business Marketing Expert, you will shape marketing activities for an assigned portfolio within the business units and make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of strategic initiatives in the mobility industry and beyond.
You will be responsible for all marketing activities—from planning and coordination to implementation—and will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the business units. Annual plans will be developed in close collaboration and implemented in a structured manner within the assigned budget.
In addition, you will drive the conception, launch, and operationalization of marketing campaigns and ensure that defined marketing goals are achieved. Ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders and a clear focus on the portfolio’s requirements are central to this role.
A clear marketing strategy, efficient budget management, and close coordination with the Head of Business Marketing form the foundation for success in this role. The position offers the opportunity to actively shape and sustainably develop marketing in an international environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defining and implementing marketing plans, tactics, and campaigns in alignment with business objectives, revenue growth, and customer retention
Developing and maintaining portfolio-related marketing and sales materials in compliance with corporate design guidelines
Planning, coordinating, and managing cross-functional marketing projects, including stakeholder alignment and ensuring that objectives are met
Developing communication strategies, value propositions, and targeted messages to position the portfolio
Further developing and implementing lead generation measures using marketing automation, as well as supporting operational marketing activities (content, SEO, events)
Ensuring adherence to the marketing budget and plan, as well as defining and segmenting relevant target audiences
Ongoing coordination with business stakeholders and close collaboration with the Business Marketing Team
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in marketing management or business administration with a focus on marketing
At least 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing tactics within an industrial B2B organization
Extensive experience collaborating with product departments and sales organizations
Proficient in using marketing tools (Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Solutions, Canva)
Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel 5–10 percent worldwide
Business-fluent knowledge in German and English

The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
