Your Responsibilities:
Lead RF-related NFC system validation projects within a cross-functional development team, with a strong focus on mobile products.
Plan, track, execute, debug, and report validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle in a global engineering environment.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior RF engineers, supporting them in validation execution and debugging activities.
Continuously improve RF validation workflows by leveraging novel software tools and automation to enhance quality, coverage, and execution efficiency.
Analyze and optimize RF performance of contactless products to ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO/IEC 14443, NFC Forum, and EMVCo requirements, while maintaining strong interoperability and product performance.
Contribute technical expertise to key customer support activities and design-in engagements, helping customers successfully integrate our solutions.
Your Profile
Master's degree from a Technical University or University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in RF engineering or a comparable area.
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently drive technical challenges to successful completion.
Solid understanding of RF communication systems, including modulation and coding techniques, transmitter and receiver architectures, and related building blocks such as PLLs and DC-DC converters.
Advanced programming and data analysis skills, particularly in MATLAB and Python.
Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as ADS, Spice, or similar environments.
Well-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented working style.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
