Are you looking for a diverse role that combines executive support with responsibilities in fleet coordination, facility management, and marketing & communications? Your Responsibilities

Executive Support

Provide professional day-to-day support to the CEO Austria & Southern Europe
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and decision-making materials for management
Support the CEO in strategic projects and initiatives
Organize and coordinate business travel, including travel and expense management
Plan, organize and support internal and external meetings, events and fairs
Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders on regional, country and Vienna branch level
Coordination and administration of the company fleet (passenger vehicles only)

Marketing & Communications

Plan and implement internal and external communication activities
Manage digital communication channels, including social media, website content and email marketing
Support customer events, trade fairs, conferences, and internal engagement initiatives
Manage the procurement and administration of marketing and promotional materials in line with corporate branding guidelines

Your Profile

Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
Creativity combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

Confident handling of confidential information and diverse stakeholder groups

Professional Qualifications

University degree or a comparable professional qualification
Several years of relevant experience in executive assistance, office management and communications
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong digital affinity and confident use of modern communication and presentation tools
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
