Your new field of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented:

As part of your role, you will support our Grid Control team with administrative and organizational tasks and contribute to increased efficiency through the use of modern AI tools.

You will create reports and presentations that present complex issues in an understandable way and serve as a basis for decision-making.

You will use AI-supported tools to automate repetitive tasks and develop effective prompts to achieve optimal results.

You will identify potential for workflow automation and implement these in collaboration with the team.

You will take on the coordination of meetings, task tracking, as well as prioritization and adherence to deadlines.

Last but not least, you will contribute your own ideas for process optimization and actively help shape the way our team works.
Your qualifications - solid and adequate:

Ongoing education (university, university of applied sciences) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Management, or similar

Basic reporting and presentation skills with an eye for clear communication

Ability to write effective prompts and leverage AI to streamline repetitive tasks

Ability to think in terms of workflow automation and process improvement

Fast learning ability and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Strong skills in task tracking, prioritization, and deadline management

Experience in meeting coordination and organizational support

Excellent English and German speaking and writing skills

Our Offer:
The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 40,910.24 (full-time basis). Siemens as a large corporation also offers additional social benefits and perks.
