IT Operations & Infrastructure Coordinator (f/m/d)

Job information:

To strengthen our internal IT team, we are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d). In this high-responsibility role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our entire IT infrastructure and for ensuring a high level of security. In addition, you will independently manage and implement projects in the areas of IT operations, infrastructure, and IT security.

TASKS

Conceptualization and design of the IT infrastructure in coordination with third-party providers (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid), including budget responsibility and partial operational support for the systems
Liaison with the external operations management partner
Establishing security standards and ensuring their implementation and compliance
Supporting project coordination for infrastructure and digitalization projects
Responsible for the global planning, coordination, and monitoring of activities across all networks, desktop, and data communication systems, as well as the associated administration

PROFILE

Completed degree from a technical college, university of applied sciences, or university in business informatics or computer science
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in the design, planning, and implementation of IT projects, as well as in the management and organization of IT operations
ITIL, project management, data protection, security, MS Portfolio, and firewall experience are a plus
Solid knowledge of computer networks, data organization, and software and hardware
Expertise, including a hands-on approach, in NIS-2, Linux (servers), and the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
Excellent German and English language skills (Niveau B2-C1)

We would like to emphasize that the advertised salary corresponds to the minimum basic salary under the collective agreement, but this is only the lower limit. The minimum salary under the collective agreement (information and consulting) is € 46,200 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we naturally offer an attractive salary above this minimum.
