Senior Platform Engineer (Go) at BairesDev
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer who has spent real time close to the infrastructure — someone who builds and operates cloud-native platform services at scale using Go, and who understands Kubernetes well enough to design around how workloads actually behave in production. You’ll be part of the team behind a platform that runs AI and machine learning workloads for some of the world’s largest enterprises.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain platform services in Go, ensuring reliability and performance across distributed infrastructure.
- Architect and implement Kubernetes-native components for deploying and managing backend workloads.
- Support the integration of LLM and RAG pipelines into platform workflows.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks across cloud-native infrastructure.
- Define and promote engineering standards and best practices within the platform team.
- Engage in technical planning and contribute to the platform’s long-term roadmap.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
- 3+ years of professional experience using Go as a primary language.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems principles and patterns.
- Familiarity with LLM, RAG, or vector search in production settings.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
