THE ROLE
As a Digital Product Innovation Manager, you will drive the evolution of our existing digital products. Working at the intersection of product, technology, business, and user experience, you will transform insights into scalable solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines entrepreneurial thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in environments where learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
YOUR CHALLENGE / TASKS
Drive Product Innovation

Shape and evolve our digital products through continuous discovery, experimentation, and optimization.

Identify user needs, market opportunities, and emerging healthcare trends, translating them into impactful digital experiences.

Turn ideas into validated product concepts through rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Lead Discovery & Experimentation
- Apply Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and agile product development principles to validate assumptions and reduce risk.

Design and execute experiments to test product hypotheses and generate actionable insights.

Use data, customer feedback, and market intelligence to prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential impact.
Translate Insight Into Buildable Solutions

Transform customer, business, and market insights into clear, actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Scale Successful Solutions
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring new features and capabilities to market.

Support the scaling of validated concepts into sustainable, user-centric digital experiences that deliver measurable value.
WHAT YOU BRING
You don't need to tick every box below, but the right person will recognize themselves in most of it.

Several years of experience in digital product development, product innovation, venture building, or a startup/scale-up environment.

Proven ability to take ideas from concept to launch and continuously improve products based on user needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes.

Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, including hypothesis development, rapid testing, validation, and iteration.

Experience applying Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or similar customer-centered innovation methodologies.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to combine user insights, behavioral data, and market trends to make informed decisions and prioritize opportunities.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, technology, design, and business teams.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives forward with a high level of ownership.

Fluent in English; German is a plus.
NICE TO HAVE

Experience in healthcare, digital health, telehealth, or other regulated industries.

Experience working on products where trust, privacy, compliance, or user wellbeing are critical considerations.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 70.000€. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
