- Oversee the end-to-end order flow across SAP, OMS, and our webshop, ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex order issues, including system errors, backorders, and unconfirmed orders.
- Take ownership of complex post-purchase cases from investigation through resolution, collaborating closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, developers, and external partners.
- Manage payment operations, including fraud prevention, chargebacks, manual payment reviews, and transaction monitoring to ensure secure and seamless transactions.
- Partner with technical teams to identify system improvements, resolve operational issues, and support the rollout of new features and tools.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for order management and post-purchase processes to ensure successful implementation of new solutions.
- Analyze operational performance, identify process improvements, and help optimize the customer journey across our e-commerce platforms.
- Deliver an outstanding post-purchase experience that strengthens customer satisfaction
- 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar operational role.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, patient, and persistent, with the ability to take ownership of complex cases and see them through to resolution.
- Technically savvy and comfortable navigating multiple interconnected systems and platforms.
- Experience with SAP, Shopify, OMS, Adyen, PayPal, or similar e-commerce solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the confidence to work across teams and with external partners.
- Business-fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
- Passion for winter sports and skiing is a plus.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for employees in the wood industry. An appropriate overpayment is offered, depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as development opportunities within a globally operating corporate group.
